Dr. Morsy Salem is the founder and president of Tijan Islamic Society. He is also the co-founder and vice-president of the Supreme Council of Islamic Affairs in North America.
Serving as an Imam and Religious Director in the US for 15 years, Sheikh Dr. Morsy Salem is the founder and director of Tijan Islamic Society. Dr. Salem is also the co-founder and vice-president of the Supreme Council of Islamic Affairs in North America as well as a member of the Al-Azhar Scholars Union in the United States. Sheikh Dr. Morsy Salem received his bachelor’s degree from the School of Legislation and Law in 1994 and master’s degree from the School of Legislation and Law, Department of Comparative Jurisprudence in 2012. In 2020, Dr. Morsy Salem received his Ph.D. with distinct honors from Mishkah Islamic University.
